Student Enrollment Information

If your child attended North Elementary last year they are already enrolled this year.

If you need to enroll your child at North Elementary please bring the following documents to the school:
--enrollment form (click here)
--birth certificate
--immunization records
--proof of residence (e.g. utility bill or some other official document with your name and address on it)

Please present these items at North Elementary Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm.

Only students who live in North Elementary's attendance district may enroll at North Elementary.  Families living outside of our district would need to enroll at their "home" school/district and then apply for a transfer.  Transfer forms can be obtained from the school office.  Transfers must be updated yearly.
