COVID's Impact on Fall Sports

The WVSSAC released a guidance document relating to attendance at Extracurricular events.  Based on these guidelines, Monongalia County Schools has established the following procedures and protocols:

 

  1. No tickets will be sold at gates. All tickets for home games must be purchased online via School Cash Online.  (School Cash Online is for MMS parents and guardians).

 

  1. CUT OFF DATE AND TIME TO PURCHASE TICKETS WILL BE NOON ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

 

  1. IF IT IS A SATURDAY GAME, CUT OFF PURCHASE TIME IS 2:00 ON FRIDAY.

 

  1. No one will be permitted to enter without an online pre-sold ticket and identification.

 

  1. Tickets sales will be based on the County Alert System (green and yellow).

  1. Ticket prices will be $5.00 across the board.  NO REFUNDS

 

  1. Parents/Guardians MUST register at School Cash Online in order to purchase a ticket for the game.

The ultimate goal is to reduce lines at our ticket booths.  We will continue to monitor our procedures and protocols and will adjust as needed.  Thank you for your commitment to our MCS students.
